Deposits & All Sales Final: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Price Validity: Quotes and price offers are valid for up to 2 hours. Orders are only locked in once the deposit is paid and confirmed by us.

Holding Policy
Purchased items will be held for a maximum of 7 days from the day we notify you that they are ready for collection.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipping fees and transit risks are borne by the buyer otherwise stated. cardsand.co will assist as much as possible with shipping, but the ultimate responsibility for delivery updates lies with the buyer.
Product Condition & Authenticity

Guaranteed Quality: All products are shrinked 100% authentic, unweighted, non-filtered, and carefully vetted from reputable industry sources. If there other condition we will inform you through message.
Pre-Order Condition: Guaranteed Near-Mint (NM) condition with no major dents or tears to the shrink wrap (exposed corners do not count as tears). Items are distributed at random; requests for "perfectly mint" boxes will not be entertained.
Communication & Disputes

Shared Responsibility: Both buyer and seller share the responsibility of tracking order statuses. Please check in with us if needed.
Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, clear video and photo evidence must be provided to support your claim. Cardsand.co retains the final decision.
